To all people that want Japanese snailmails or emailbuddies, I strongly suggest you try out this site, cause there aren't HEAPS of Japanese people on this site.
I posted a link about it some weeks ago (I think), but just telling you that it really works, and it's not outdatet :p

I entered my name in the mailing list AND the snailmail buddy option two weeks ago, and since then, I have gotten two replies from Japan. Also, in the mailing list today, there were listed 13 women from all across Japan between the age of 20-30 who wanted penpals (either by email or snailmail) from around the world. I have found two people I think I might write to, because of their hobbies and interests...

Anyway, if you are really desperate for a penpal from Japan...you oughta try it. ^^
