anybody from Tokyo or Hiroshima

I need little help !!!
I`m from Czech and in october I visited Tokyo. I need to find somebody living there (or in Hiroshima) to ask for little help. It`s very important. I need to find somebody who I deeply love. His name is Taihei, he was born １９８５年２月１６日 in Hiroshima. He study account probably there:
Tokyo IT Kaikei(Acountant) College, 1-2-1, Kinshi, Sumida-ku, Tokyo.
I need to find somebody living in Tokyo to go to this school and try to ask about this boy, to try to find him because I can`t do it on my own. I want to let him know that I love him !!! I miss him too much !!!
