If I ever get supremely ricj, I will buy an island, name it 'Arcadia" And only allow mange lovers on it. Everyone would cosplay, or dress up in those sorts of clothes everyday. The buildings would be high tec and everything would have the lastest technology and it would be perfect. Ran by me, of course!
