Tsunami missing

Could anyone please let me know, where I can find out if I have lost a friend in the 3:11 Tsunami.
He lived in Matsushima City. Is there a web site that I can go on to find out please?

"Higashi-Matsushima City" or "Matsushima Town"? Those are different towns but if you are referring to a city/town in Miyagi Prefecture, you may visit the below.

Kawamae -2
Akai Higashi
Matsushima City
Miyagi - Ken
if anyone can help me at all please?
His name is Satoshi Sasaki or his wife Toshino Sasaki
Daughter Migumi Sasaki
I cant find out if that area was badly afected or what.
Help please?
