I want you to think and suggest the way how to make foreignfreinds
especialy whose mother langage is English?
Now I am really want to improve my english, and I also really want to
mingle with foreign people living in japan,

i've been to japan for about a month and the best way to mingle with foreigners there would be to simply mingle with them at bars or something.

I had a great time there and most of the japanese people i met was from going out at night. and talking to them ´^_^

I have 1 friend from Japan that only speaks japanese...and it doesn't really matter really having trouble understanding eachother is funny.
