Looking for Japanese friend

Simply enough, Im looking for a japanese person to talk to, learn from, and hopefully befriend. Im currently studying japanese, and planning to go to either Tokyo, or Kyoto next spring. Any helpful advice would be appreciated, whether it be places to stay, eat, see, or any help with the language itself.
