Looking for a serious friendship

I am looking for a serious, reliable friendship, a person you can both laugh and cry with. A japanese person would be a dream to have as a friend but someone who loves Japan like me would be great too.

I am 17 but quite mature for my age. This is related to the fact that I am a serious person but also a girl with fear disorders. This brings many difficulties to my life, but I hope to improve more and more in the future. I won't go into much detail what this is concerned I don't want to bore you ^^ If we get in touch I'm sure I will tell you more, so that you can understand me.

Some other hobbies next to my love for Japan are singing, dancing, reading, photography, doing stuff on the computer. Things I forgot will be mentioned later I guess.

Oh p.s.: I am not always serious and negative like this post might say ^^ I can be hyper and funny and weird and stuff XD

Im not japanese, but i have been in love with the country ever since the small age of 5 where i grew up watching japanese animation, music, movies and soaps. One day i will want to live there permanantly to work, its been my dream! well i can be mature now and again i guess :P
