Has anyone ever got scolded by their parents because you have a different or rather, a more contemporary mindset from their conventional ones? It's hard to accept, but when they can reason all the details out in front of you in black and white, you have to just take it all in. I got lectured by my dad recently too. Of course with the use of logic, I got a few cases off my back, but that's all. =/ Guess I'll be nice dedicating this to you people then
I call it:

Quote:
Untruths of Truths

Another hope gone
A second dream crushed (Another hope gone)
It’s just one more process of being outshone (A second dream crushed)
Nothing seems right because everything’s rushed
Passion slowly fades away in the routine

Who’s to blame?
When you look into the skies
When you stop and close your eyes
Tryna answer just one doubt
Desperate to seek a solution
Gonna take to the grave this question

Learning who I am
Finding my own place (Learning who I am)
Living in society’s nagging condemn (Finding my own place)
But does it mean I am wrong in that case?
My life, my possessions; was I born a sin?

Who’s to blame?
When you look into the skies
When you stop and close your eyes
Tryna answer just one doubt
Desperate to seek a solution
Gonna take to the grave this question

Torn between a want and a need
Is making the choice an exemplary deed?
Can’t anything be done and still be right?
Does the future really hold so bright a light?
They say hard work is the key to success
And success always guarantees happiness
I can’t swallow that
Today, it’s pointless
I can’t swallow it… (x3)

Who’s to blame?
When you look into the skies
When you stop and close your eyes
Tryna answer just one doubt
Desperate to seek a solution
Gonna take to the grave this question

Another hope lost

This says a lot about you. I wouldn't dare speak my feelings in such explicit way and let everyone read about it. Anyways, I enjoyed the read =) All four of them seem to be rather elaborate and show you did some thinking before rushing to write it, and that's probably why some of the poems sound Baroqueish at certain points. Baroqueish meaning... well, I'm sure you know what I mean x) So yeh keep it going, it would enrich the field of Literature greatly if your work ever got published, which I hope it does some day

Lol, I was always good with self-expression Too good perhaps And now you're gonna say I'm arrogant, haha xD I don't see any harm in being tranparent about myself, because there's an understating line between being naive, and being pragmatic about it. Hint: I'm not the former, lol.
I appreciate your words though, you've really boosted my ego big time, haha

everything is relative and contradictory ~

This... is kinda lame, but here goes anyways.

Quote:
Jesting mere distance, in a meadow
Ulcers doused in ice, ablazed in fire
Dying, I invoke an evening glow
Guardian spirits forewarn of near dire
Eroding acid winds charming my flesh
Messiahs of liberation lie rotting
Embedding rocks sear my skin in a flash
Nostalgic raw crimson comes a flooding
Tragedy has but an imminent souce

Dictates one end to everything fallen
Analogies to my own, then silence
Yielding nothing; the curtains open

~ applause ~

Erm, belated april fool's?

Great freestyle poems, Nard.

The pic added goes to the ones whose ideas are in a box, to the ones who don't give respect to the one who doesn't fit in that box, stereotying one as I am. You'll soon learn your mistake in not getting the chance, because of Your Error to get to know as others have gotten to know, love, respect, and appreciate me for who I am and not for what you aim to make me.
