Talking Pixia Artwork! - 07-12-2009, 06:25 AM

I recently downloaded Pixia and have been using it for illustrating my art. If you've never heard of Pixia, it is a freeware bitmap graphics editor program for Windows, created by Isao Maruoka. It was originally designed for the anime/manga community but has also been used in other branches of art.

Anywho, this thread is intended for my Pixia art and anyone else's! Hope you like, and please critique.

First attempt

Second attempt

Until they burn on a windowpane

The grief of loss no written place

It is simply painted, on my face.

Great job. I really like the second one. One suggestion on the first one, is her hands look kind of awkward. The second one, her shoulders are not proportional .Anyway good job

the first one looks more realistic, the second looks like she just finishes drinking her glass of strawberry milk.
Nice work!

Enveryone seems to like the first one better. The second was suppossed to be inspired by my friend, and I felt nervous when doing it.
