agreed.. however, I only have photoshop / gimp... ..the full size images are decent, however, resolution drops quite significantly in quad three where the girl in the black bikini is... I think it should do alright though.. (most likely not going to be used anyways lol)
took me a little time and effort, but anyway, here are three variations of my work... if you do want a full sized image I'll have to email it to you later on..
ps. I wasn't sure if you needed the button areas marked off as you stated they will be clear, but i modded my original to show the circular areas anyway.

Oh wait, you are? I didn't know that, lol.

I said you can PM me or post here or something if you want me to do sommit for ya. I'm kinda busy right now with some freelance design projects so I haven't got time for personal things unless I'm specifically requested (and probably paid, since time is an issue) for it.

Eh... I'd rather not link to my portfolio site. I'd prefer to stay reasonably anonymous on here. How about we see if this thread produces anything decent for free, and if you're not happy you PM me or one of the other designers on JF? I forget who they are but I'm sure they'll pop in.
