Anybody paint?

I know graffiti exists in Japan but what is the attitude about it? I hope to be there in March 08' and was wondering if there are leagal walls there like the few (if you're lucky to be able to paint them) in the states.

If anyone can help me out that would be great. Until then if anyone else writes nows your chance to shine!
