Wow! A japanese 9 year old can make it to his grans safely where over here 17 year olds can't drive for peanuts and are forever crashing into the saftey bollards in the carpark where i work.

Wow, that makes me feel really depressed because i am 23 and still didnt go for my license yet.

Don't be. As you can see you're not the only one who doesn't have a drivers licence and I can bet there are more people here who are older than 20 and don't own one.
