Separtion and Divorce - 05-07-2009, 11:33 AM

Has anyone here had the unfortunate experience of seperating and ultimately divorcing a Japanese national in Japan with whom you have children with?

If YES, did all go smoothly or did it end up in court?

Basically, if you are a non Japanese, male or female, getting divorced in Japan, you can kiss your children goodbye, and pretty much anything else and that includes your visa..

Did I hear someone say discrimination
