You don't. A lot of the time actions speak louder than words. If you see them acting a different way towards you, there's a reason for it.

Well, from small gestures, and tone of voice. When she only says it from passion, she is lying to herself. But randomly says that, often, that's good.
Like, you two are sitting and he stares at you, and he says he loves you.
Well, that's more true than saying it around other people or in the heat of passion.

Well there are no laws for this that he only loves you if he stares at you and such. I suggest you to make sure by asking questions and not straightly ask him.
And/or learn from his gestures. That's the keyword. Gestures.

That's right. Words don't prove shit, actions do. My boyfiriend tells me that he loves me all the freaking time, but it's not the fact that he says it a lot what makes me believe him, it's the way in which he shows it what actually does.

Exactly, although I dont see point in lying. It's not school or something. It's your free will, if you dont want anymore, then break up. like that. So, whats the point in saying if you dont? to get headed?
