awww..i know this situation,its annoying..>.<
i would do the same as the others already said..but i should also think about it wether this friendship does works when you spend the time with him and he knows that u dont love him..i think it hurts for him aswell.. and its kinda creepy,that now he's stalking you..>.< so i would change ur phone number..but i dunno wether the police can really help..sure,its stalking and becuz of him u get "sick"..>.< but the best is to break off this friendship..its hard to say when he's/was a really good friend of u,i know.. Since I'm an aggresive person, I would do a lot of yelling, insulting, maybe threatening police or something more personal to see if he gets the hint. I had a problem with that way before...he stopped and I changed schools, thank god.
but if the police are involved, don't stop. he's being a creep. DX don't even talk to him. If he keeps calling, have a friend or relative who may live with you answer; "Oh, she left her phone behind she's out to lunch" or something...

Hun, a good fix to that is just be friends. If he can't do that then drop the friendship and leave. I had to do that once in awhile when a guy like me and I did not. Take care of yourself.
