So? As long as you're not breaking any laws the police can't mess with you.

Oh dear. =( Looks like you have a big problem. I personally agree that if that guy keeps pestering you, then just try to stay away from him. I'm sorry to hear about that, and I hope everything will turn out alright soon. ^_^;
