I have an older brother... We used to fight a lot, but that changed some years ago I'd rather be an older brother than having one though...

I'm the oldest out of 4, and it's hard work! I have 2 siblings who did not listen to me growing up and now live bad lives, but the 1 who listened to me is living a good life now...

Sometimes it's wise to listen to your elders!

Speaking out of experience it's much better to be the oldest of the siblings. Though sometimes I'd say its better to be neither. There was so much fighting and rivalry between my and my younger brother. After they reach a certain maturity it gets a lot better and is kinda fun. To give you a little taste of what I had to go through as an older brother, a while back during Halloween time when he was around 13 we went to get him a costume. I said I can't spend over 50 dollars on him for a costume because I don't have the money. This particular costume that he wanted was 60, I said no, so he threw a fit and actually tried to fist fight me later on. He threw a few blows, its funny now though because this was before he was doing muay thai with me and his punches were so horrible and sloppy.

I think it would be so nice to have brothers or sisters. I am the only child in my family. It seems quite common in China because we have One-Child policy since 1980s. It's believed that many Chinese young people would love to have brothers and sisters. They even call their close friends brother or sister to feel related.

i like having older siblings, cuz i'm the youngest one in the family
but it sucks having an older brother, it would be cool if i have one more older sister, since i have an older sister , but they are not a pain in the butt like having a brother ... @@
