When I post an article with Japanese characters, some of the characters were wrongly changed.

As the character encoding is "en", the httpd does not know this site can have Japanese characters. Could you change the encoding of the Httpd as Shift-JIS or something?

Can u please tell me where i can find the software for Network keystroke logger with crack , i am looking for this one from past 2 months. i am a network admin. i got it only local key logger that can log only the self keyboard. so please can any one help me on this issue
