Several people have requested it, so here it comes:

The Japanese Sports Forum

If you are into Japanese baseball, martial arts, sumo, soccer (remember the World Cup?), or any other Japanese sports, have fun posting in the new forum!

My name is Louis and I live in Palm beach ,Florida USA. I visited Tokyo and Kyoto June 2006 and loved it I trained in Aikido at the Hombu Dojo in Tokyo and I am planning to go back either this fall or next spring. I went on my own last time and took a tour of Tokyo and Ktoto. Next time I would like to stay at a japanese Inn or with a family to learn more Japanese and vist different Aikido Dojos

That is very cool LouisMT! I hope you are successful, I know I am going to Japan someday. It is my dream.

As for Japanese sports, does anyone know when the Olympics will be in Japan? I am curious...

I have read many things about winter Olympics in Japan, L, but I am not sure exactly when... Sorry....

anyways i watched this years winter olympics in sapporo hokkaido
