is there a section to talk about history and culture? The closest I can find is the art section

There is no section really labelled like that.

Agree with history- but are you talking more traditional culture? Caus' I thought the whole forum was Japanese culture ^_^

A History section does not exist yet, there has been a lot of talks on having a history, culture, photography, and architecture sub-forums, but none have been created as of yet.

So just be patient, and keep an eye out, I'm sure they'll pop up sooner or later.
