Cannot display the Japanese language properly

Hi.
Excuse me but I donno where to post this..

I think this forum program is having a problem now. It cannot display the Japanese language properly in these threads. There wasn't any problem last time I wrote Japanese on 5th of the November. So maybe something happened after that day?

Or only I have a problem? My Firefox says the lang encoding is set to UTF-8. But still it cannot show me the Japanese language properly.
I attach the gif file of my screen.

Just for an information.
I hope people will figure out the problem soon n we'll able to write the Japanese language properly again.
Thanks.

I tried IE too.
Also my Singaporean friend said that she couldn't see the Japanese language properly, though she was able to see them properly on this forum before.

Well... it's OK as long as people use English only.

I think I understand what caused a problem.
Changing menu language to Japanese ... Once you set the forum menu language to Japanese, some of your Japanese characters won't be displayed properly.

That's why non-JPs didn't have problem but me I guess.

some 文字化け on other threads.
I post here since I couldn't send this by PM...
These are small but I saw 1 post that all of letters became weird.
I wish Shinjukueki san will find what caused them soon.
Thanks for your work Shinjukueki san!

Hi Fioli -

Sorry about the problem. We know what the problem is, we just aren't sure how to resolve it yet. But, I can tell you how to avoid it.

The forum script makes a mistake sometimes when there are no spaces for a long time, as is natural for Japanese text. It expects spaces like with English. So, if you put a space every now and then, it will work fine, but if you leave no spaces at all for a full line, then the problem will sometimes happen. You can do a test on this thread to see what I mean.

We are working on it, I promise! :)

As far as the problem you were having previously (at the start of the thread) - I think it has been resolved, right? We converted both English and Japanese forum interface into UTF-8, so everything should work ok with the encoding now, I think.

Thanks again for the feedback and I will post an update once we resolve the spacing issue. :)

Yes yes. There is no more encoding problem. Thank you for your work.
I posted here just to attach capture files.

Have a good day!
