２週間くらい前から、僕のメインで使っているPC Lenovo g550が充電されないことがあるのに気づきました。普通� �使っていると警告音がして何かと思うと、充電されて� �ないということでした。というか電源が刺さっている� �示が出ていない。通常なら電池の横にプラグまででて� �るアイコンになるはずなのに。

そういう時は、ノートPCとケーブルの接続を挿しなおし� ��り、コンセントとプラグを挿しなおしたり、ACアダプ� �ーの箱部分と電源ケーブルを接続しなおしたりすると� �充電されるようになります。前のPCはノートPCのケーブ� ��を挿し込む部分にほこりが入りすぎて接触が悪くなっ� ��ので、今回もそういう原因かと思いましたが、どうも� ��うようです。

ACアダプターの箱部分にはLenovoの文字があるのですが、� ��こが充電できているときは青く光っている。しかし、� ��電出来ていないときは光らない。つまりこの箱部分（� ��分、電気の安定とかノイズを減らすとかそういう仕事� ��している部分）まで電気がきていないのかなと思いま� ��た。接続をしなおしたり、時には置き方を変えたりす� ��だけで直るので、接触というか断線の疑いが高いです� ��仕事でノートPCを持ち運んでいるので、その時にケー� �ルを折り曲げてしまっているので、断線したのかもし� �ないと思います。

そして、こいつをメイン機として使っているので、充電 できないときは困ります。しかも、ちょうど停電の時に 全然充電できなくなって困りました。その後は、ある程 度普通に使えているのがまた癪なのですけど。

ただこのままではいつ本当に使えなくなるか分からない ので、ACアダプターを買うことにしました。

まずはすぐに欲しくなるだろうということで、近くのパ ソコンショップに行きました。１０種類くらいのACアダ� ��ターが置いてあったのだけど、裏面に書いてある対応� ��種を見るかぎりは使えるものがなさそう。さらに詳し� ��はサイトでという案内でQRコードもあったので、そこ� �らサイトを検索したのですが、やっぱり対応していな� �そう。スマートフォンで検索しても遅くて埒があかな� �ので、店員さんに調べてもらったけど、やっぱり対応� �るものは置いていなかった。手間をかけましたすいま� �ん。

仕方なく時間がかかったとしてもネットで注文すること にして、Lenovoのサイトでg550の関連検索でACアダプターを 見たのだけど、箱からPC部分までの接続しか画像がなく� ��、この部分だけなのかと心配になりました。僕の故障� ��場合は、むしろコンセントから箱までのケーブル部分� ��怪しいのに。

というわけでLenovoの購入相談フリーダイヤルに電話して みました。g550に合う型番もちゃんと調べてくれて、コ� �セントから箱までのケーブルが付属することも教えて� �れました。とても丁寧な対応で良かったです。教えて� �れたのは、65Wの57Y6267という型番のものでした。ちなみ� ��到着には１２日くらいかかるとのことだったので、出� ��れば早急に欲しいので今回は他で買うことにしました� ��
