Konnichiwa. This is my first post at Japan Forum. I am a local resident living here since 1980s and happy to get together with you.

I have a query for all senpais out here.

Can anyone share their experiences, provide suggestions, critique please ?

I have an old property which I bought in 1989 when it was newly built (around 800 metres square, located in central tokyo area, residential type). For financial reasons I would like to sell my property. Are there any government regulations on sale of properties that were built in 1989 ? I wonder, what is the situation with many other properties in Tokyo which were built before 1989.
