basically, i think the reason they end an anime series is so that you could watch it all over again! no other reason than that, i guess. :confused:

So Evangelion came to an end, and it crushed your world? Did you become severly depressed over this? Do you think a sequel might help you battle the sadness you feel within? I'm struggling to understand here. Would you rather they hadn't released the series?

I don't think any writer writes a story with the intention of crushing the watcher.
