Chairman Gilbert Durandal: Gundam Seed Destiny
Sousuke Aizen: Bleach
Yagami Light: Death Note (villan, but still protoganist)

In this order... I haven't watched many actions recently, been too caught up in romances...I gotta start watching those again >.> So unfortunatly, I'm only gonna mention old badguys...sorry! ^_^

Naraku (Inuyasha...hated the show, but great baddy)
Knives (Trigun)
Shinomori Aoshi (Rurouni Kenshin)
