Yuichi is... best way I can describe him as is an innocent flirt. He has such an interest in random girls and goes out of his way to learn more about them. Even Makoto despite the fact that she beat the shit out of him when he first saw her again.

I wouldn't even go as far to call him a player as I would call him mature. He's definitely paying attention to all the girls but he's also not showing any kind of interest in a relationship beyond friendship. Then again, only on episode 8 where Makoto gets the kitty,
