I just finished watching Bleach 156 and am wondering what the hell is happening to this anime. It is beginning to become a parody of itself and has taken a turn towards The Lame. I used to look forward to each episode but lately I feel like I am sitting through twenty-four minutes of pointless dialogue and action which is ignoring story development for flashy visuals and sight gags. Is the anime diverging from its manga roots or does the manga get lame too? :mad:

I've been watching it on AdultSwim, and they seem to have taken a break from showing new episodes for awhile, but I deffinatly thought it got boring and repetative by episode 30-ish I couldn't imagine watching 150+ episodes. I'm deffinatly not watching the whole story.

i agree the anime is pretty lame atm, but this was all in the manga so its not like its fillers..... the manga is awesome atm... but the manga and the anime is pretty close, both are in hueco mondo(spelling?).. but i belive it will get awesome soon, when they start fighting the espada... at least ichigo's fight :D

I stopped watching subbed eps of Bleach back in July, so I'm like six months or so behind. I'd just grown bored of it.

At what ep did the Hueco Mondo arc start? I'm considering going back to it.
