Skip Beat! This is probably the only anime I've seen so far that made me laugh out loud at almost ever episode. Ouran was pretty funny too and made me chuckle here and there.

It's really confusing and very hard to say which is the funniest .. but I'm confused between Seto no hanayome , school rumble , and desert punk :D

Puni Puni Poemy is the funniest that I've seen. Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi and FLCL are pretty funny too.

GTO was epic... started it thinking the same as everyone else who watches it, which is, "oh great here's another jakc&** idiot for a main character focused on wooing the school girls.. this will probably just be an ecchi"...
then you watch the third episode and you realize how great the series is and that Onizuka sensei is actually a great guy... great moral dilemmas and story-lines and characters one of the great heartfelt series - and it'll make u laugh as well.:rheart::rheart::rheart::rheart::rheart::rheart::rheart: 7 hearts for GTO! |
Azumanga Daioh. The manga is better, but it has so many funny/random parts in it, makes me laugh all the time. Another funny manga is Yotsuba&!.
