BTW, the name you're looking for is "Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-Chan". It's pretty damn funny and bloody.

Try Blood+ and Fist of the North Star. They're both very gory. Or you could try OVA of Hellsing, Vampire Hunter D and Blood:the last vampire(its a movie that has some relavence to Blood+.)
