Manga Poll for English Project. PLEEEEASE VOTE!
 

So I'm writing a paper about manga for my english class, and I really need to know about how much people spend on manga each month. So pleeeeeeeease help me out! Thanks! ^^

Not very much. One manga book is about £5 here. Which is $10. And they are really hard to get hold of in the UK, not too many places sell manga.

It depends, but i usually spend 30€ (about 46$) monthly on Mangas. It's like 3 or 4 mangas each month.

a monh o_O well if tokyopops are £6.99 each...id say...£56 XD how much is that in dollars? about $112 isnt it?

Well, 1 manga costs around $8.00 here, so I think I spend around 40-50$ [monthly] on Manga's.^^

I want to complete each serie, so that's why I'm buying all the volumes as fast as I can.:)

I buy manga from Waterstones and in there it normally costs around £5.99 and I buy a few each month so that's probably around £20-25?

That's where I can mine from too. They are pretty inconsistant though, I've been waiting for Death Note 2 for weeks and they still haven't got it in. They have like random mangas like 1,5, 12, 13 and it's like why would I want random numbers?!

MissMisa@ ARGH! I have the same problem! It's really frustrating. I've been searching for vol. 7 + 8 of Kare First Love and the local bookstore has 3, 4, 9, and 10. O_O wtf ish up with that? >_<'' Darn bookstores!! And they claim that the publisher said it all to be sold out of them two editions I'm lacking. GOD DAMMIT!

I was spending all my money on buying mangaz, like over $40 each month-sometimes even not a month- >.< and i was ending up being broke >.< because i hated buying seperated volumes from each series -im quite impatient and i read mangaz so fast >.<- so i was buying complete series! *-*

but i had to give up :// now it is forbidden for me to spend much money on mangaz >.<

at the moment i can only buy manga/anime during the summer, and when i do i spend around $50 each month for it on eBay :rolleyes:

I spent about 10$. Maybe I'd like to buy more but there is shortage of manga in my country because it isn't published in Belarus >_<
So I envy you very much for this ability
