I don't watch sad animes usually but Code Geass finale did move me , my eyes got teary , but didn't cry lol.

2- some of one piece episodes.

3- death note. especially when L Died >.<

I'd have to say the saddest manga I've read would have to be GOTH, it's based on a novel but its really sad.
