I just saw it today and it was so cool. Does anyone know if it's by the same person that made that show, "Paranoia Agent."

I saw it, it's very colorfull and really good, the problem is that it's a bit confusing... But I recommend it.

Yeah, both were created by Satoshi Kon. Another of his works I really like is Millennium Actress. An actress is telling the story of her life but reality is mixed with scenes from her films, so one minute she's in the second world war, the next she's in medieval Japan etc. Very trippy, but not too confusing.

That sounds really cool! I'll have to rent it sometime.

Or you could just download it.
And yes, I'd also recommend watching it, especially if you like sci-fi and Myazaki's Spirited Away

I have to say I enjoyed Paprika less than Satoshi Kon's other movies I've seen - Millennium Actress, Tokyo Godfathers. Not that it wasn't good, but I guess I was expecting to feel more for the characters than I did. But definitely worth watching, especially as you can get it from download or netflix, etc. Satoshi Kon is always a nice counter-balance to Hayao Miyazaki. I really need to go put Perfect Blue in my queue...

I saw paprika and loved it the dream transitions were very believable like they were real dreams.

I love Spirited Away.
I'm thinking of watching this movie since a bunch of people I know have recommend it to me. I'll see if I have time to watch it tomorrow :)

Yeah Paprika was good - but if you like Satoshi Kon's work, I really suggest Millennium Actress.

Perfect Blue was probably the most intense of anything he's done.
