Yep but i think there is a diference betwen fillers and non action story... they concentrate too much in making irrelevant sequences long and they are not particulary funny and they dont make the story go!
Still love naruto though! And like u said it makes the action more desirable.

I just got introduced to Shipuuden. And I loved to first ep. I liked it and want to see more, so where is everyone watching it from? I just haven't been able to find it.
