Sorry to be the party-crasher.

lena 02-21-2007 07:24 PM

InsaneDoll 02-21-2007 08:06 PM

Don`t worry...It`s no biggie. Either the mods will move it or just won`t notice it.
To start good this time.
My favs animes are: Hellsing, Wolf`s Rain, Blame!, Spiral, Gun Grave, Kaleido Star, Gravity, etc. etc...

lena 02-21-2007 08:13 PM

oh ok and ive nver heard of those where do u live? i may have seen them before though sory!

InsaneDoll 02-21-2007 08:18 PM

I`m from Romania.
You`ve never heard of the ones I mentioned  ? Maybe you just don`t know them by their name. You could always use Wikipedia to find out more. (just a suggestion)

Samael 02-22-2007 12:44 AM

Eureka Seven, which dethroned my previous faves Neon Genesis Evangelion and Ghost in the Shell (all versions). They now both occupy my #2 slot. :)

limegreen 02-22-2007 02:29 AM

my favi is naruto :) bet no one could tell

Faust 02-22-2007 02:34 AM

Manga? Definately Blame! just because of its minimalistic dialogue and the extremely rich architectual designs depicted. But as far as anime, I'd have to go with Samurai Champloo because it manages to escape from most cliches that anime tend to fall into.

lol i ysed to watch that but i dont bc its not on the tv anymore

InsaneDoll 02-22-2007 06:36 PM

Yeah, I used to watch it too when I was a kid. But it was double-voiced in romanian. I still feel like crying when a sailor dies. Damn..

lena 02-22-2007 06:39 PM

yea i wonder y they took it off air

InsaneDoll 02-23-2007 12:08 PM

Blame! was really strange to watch. Someone said it`s like Matrix with less dialogues.

JuliusRage 02-23-2007 12:14 PM

FLCL, hands down.

The first couple of time through I didn't understand what was going on, but I thought the action, music, animation, and voice work was all top notch.

Then on my third go around I finally "Got it" and the anime has been my favorite since.

The anime adaptation wasn't really good, it's like five minute episodes that have almost no resemblance to the manga and don't really go anywhere. The manga is fantastic though.

animeomarguy 02-24-2007 01:49 AM

Azumanga Dioh!:D

Catacombs 02-24-2007 11:41 AM

My favorite anime of all time would have to be Ninja Scroll. That movie is so freaking sweet. Up right behind it is Vampire Hunter D (first anime I have ever watched excluding all that crap that you see on cartoon stations. Example Dragon Ball Z) Tie with VHD is Akira(another classic). I watched Vampire and Akira when I was 7 and that got me hooked onto anime. Thanks Brother lol

Well there is a tv show called Ninja Scroll TV but thats not as good as the movie. I bet you are thinking of Ninja Resurrection which is a sweet OVA.

Got from wiki
This anime was deceptively marketed in North America to appear as if it was a sequel to the popular anime Ninja Scroll, although the two titles were made by different studios. It was given a similar English title and logo and took advantage of the fact that the lead character in both stories was named Jūbei.

hope that helps

Thanks :) . But in fact, I was Ninja Scroll. I also saw The Wrath Of The Ninja, and that kind of made me confused.
