Hum, I prefer "Hokuto no Ken" and "Saint Seiya", but I like "Dragon Ball Z". Toryama is an authentic genius.
Now I am adult I see the complexity of a character like Mr. Satan, he's the ephitome of human beings.
Undoubted, it's a great series.

Anyone watching DragonBall Kai?

After I saw that Tôei softed the Raditz's death, I gave up.
I think is better to cultive the immarcescible original DBZ.

I always liked dragon ball more than dragon ball z. It just seemed to have better storyline and it was a lot funnier. Goku was so ignorant. Master roshi was just like the icing on the cake.

merging them would only complicate it.

Even though I despise the Anime threads, DB is pretty much the best.

I've only watched two animes my entire life, Blood+ and the original Dragonball.

My girlfriend sent me a dragonball box set with all 153 episodes. I'm only on Episode 12 at the moment. It's Japanese so it's a little difficult to understand at times.

Thus, the reason why I'm only on episode 12.
