Hi,

I am new here.
Can anyone tell me the name of this character
- a Japanese small girl who wears a key as a necklace. and when trouble come and she will pull the key out and hold it up and swing round and change to an adult and outfit too.
I can't seems to remember the name.
I tot it might be sailormoon but could be wrong.
Please help..
