Yeah Loveless is great, but I don't think it can be consider yaoi. Shonen-ai maybe, but not yaoi. Real yaoi is sexually explicit.

My current favorite yaoi is Junjou Romantica. Great story AND smut. It even made a friend of mine cry. I didn't though... he's weird... But I recommend this title.
