To be honest, I havent watched many comedy anime,
but my friend asked me to watch something called Ichigo Mashimaro,
it's been a while since I laughed that sincerely, was truly very funny :)
oh and Cromatarie High School <- crazy funny :p

for me i would say FMA, Final Approach, and full metal panic these were my first anime that i watch and they are still my favorite funniest anime.:cool:

Mine will be Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and School Rumble.

FLCL, sometimes that show made no sense but even the english dubb was funny, followed by Shin Chan (Android 17's the dad!!)
