I don't watch many "funny" animes, But, I'd say Ouran High School Host Club or Gakuen Alice.

Hmm... thats hard. I have seen so many animes that have funny parts, most have some but so far Fruits Basket may be the funniest that I can think of off the top of my head.

We should create polls to see what anime people think is funniest in general based on the answers to threads like this. We could come up with an official Japan Forum anime list that can include the funniest anime, most unique anime and the best anime of different genres. In other words, the ultimate anime list :D
