Air or Kanon?
 

Have you guys seen either of these two anime? I love both of them, and they nearly had me crying at the end of them. And I read last month in Anime Insider that Air is coming to the U.S.!!! I'm gonna buy it and watch the dubs and see how bad they are!!! Anyway, tell me what you think of the two series!

I'd have to agree with you there.

I've heard of the anime called Air. Is there a place where I can watch it in Japanese?

Sorry haven't seen Kanon, but i have seen Air (Japaneses version) A little funny at times but mostly sad.

Both of them were really great. They had a really nice mysterious atmosphere to it, and I don't think I can choose which is better. XD

I did actually like Kanon 2006 as opposed to the first series though, probably because of the humour of it (and the decreased chin size) XD


This season's Clannad (by the same producers i think) has been really well done so far, so if you're a fan of Air and Kanon, give it a try too >3< :rheart: So sad, but funny~ >w<

edit: I forgot to also mention... why would you torture yourself watching dubs?! >AO *wince*

I've seen a lot more of AIR the Kanon, so AIR wins.

Also, you should check out CLANNAD if you liked both. It is a very similar series.

kanon wins <3 air was great also, but still not close 2 kanon imo

Air was too depressing for less of a good reason, so Kanon 2006 for me =P

I've seen more AIR than Kanon also, so AIR for me...Kanon seems good though too...

air+1 i tried watching kanon but it seemed to slow at the beginning for me to want to continue watching

oh I love Clannad, it is my faveorite of keys works. I love both Air and Kanon. I like the orginal better than the 2006 version. and Clannad is comeing to the us too however it is sub only.

Clannad was my favorite of those three. At first, I thought Clannad took a break from the strong emotional points of Air and Kanon. By season 2, BOY was I wrong.

In season 1, it is still very enjoyable. Clannad is certainly the best of the bunch for humor.

i say Air, because it was more entertaining for me ^^ but i still like kanon

Kanon 2006 is definitely one of my favorites. Moving and Strange (but in a good way), I would definitely recommend it.

i prefer AIR, it's very moving and sensitive. i burst in tears a couple of times when i watched AIR. Still, Kanon is a good anime too

Both are good.

I've seen both and love them. I think I like Air slightly better, it's definately one of my favorite anime of all time. It's so sad, made me cry.
Kanon is kinda weird, in a good way. I love Ayu, she is so cute <3

I have fallen in love with Air 2006, Kanon 2006, and Clannad as well as After Story. Just this past January/Febuary I went to Ohayocon and spent nearly 100 dollars on a Misuzu, Nagisa, Ayu plushies as well as a Clannad coffee cup and Ayu tea cup lol.

kanon 2006 i like much better the air (but i still love them both) cuz in kanon 2006 it ends with more of a happier ending

I have seen both though I thought air was more enjoyable then kanon but still both good the dub version of air dear god its going to be abd but shall by the dvds and watch them to see how bad.

I like both Air and Kanon.Maybe Kanon a little bit.I also like Clannad and One:True stories-A bit old and short but I realy enjoy it.:) :) :rheart:
