Do you attend anime conventions?
 

I film anime conventions on a regular basis, so I'm at a con almost every month all year long. But for the rest of you anime fans, do you ever get the chance to go? I can proudly say that anime conventions changed my life for the better!

If you've never been to an anime convention, there's probably one near you! These days, it seems like they've almost been sprouting up like weeds. Check out http://www.anime-cons.com and you can find an anime convention in your area.

My next convention is AnimeFEST in Dallas this Labor Day weekend.

I'll be at the Kumoricon the first weekend in September. It's the Portland/Vancouver convention.

I always try to but it gets screwed up for whatever reason and I miss them. Even if I do go it's usually only for one day and I spend most of my time browsing the shops for stuff I can't normally find and in the game room.

I'm trying to go to go to Anime USA in October in northern VA, and if I do I'll be cosplaying as Simon. I'll have to cut my hair, which I detest the thought of, but it's the price I pay to be Garlock for a day. B)

I've always wanted to go to one but something always happens so I can't go :mad:

but I don't think they're holden here in belgium ... ><

I have always wanted to go to the anime conventions, but I always end up at home and not actually there. You don't know how much this angers me. I have to watch as my friends talk about the costumes they're gonna wear to the convention. I feel so depressed and left out of the fun. It's no fair.:mad: :(
