interesting. i can just understand a bit turkish. because i am persian. but well, interesting. maybe, tell me some words in turkish like hello so.

michaelarda 07-06-2008 12:37 PM

Actually , Turkish isn't like any language... But it is like our antic ancestor (Ottoman)'s language = Ottomanian ...

in the World ,the most difficult grammatical languages are Chinese-Japanese(kanji) and Korean (kathi) and then The Turkish Grammer...

When you look a turkish word For Example ;

" Bugün bize gelecekmisin ??? "

AnyOne can say , it is easy due to it's Latin alphabet , But when you learn turkish , you can see , it's grammar is very complex....

You Don't Forget , Turkish is not any language Form ...

it was created with the Turkish's life time....!!!

michaelarda 07-06-2008 12:41 PM

Some turkish words....

Hello or Hi = Merhaba
How are you? = Nasılsın?
How old are you? = Kaç yaşındasın?
Where From? = Nerelisin?
Why? = Neden?
What? = Ne?
How? = Nasıl?
I Love You = Seni Seviyorum
What Happened? = Ne Oldu?
My Name is..... = Adım ......
What is your Name? = Adın Ne?

.........etc.......

if AnyOne wanna Help with Turkish ,I can Help...

[email protected] (My MSN)

Hellkite 07-06-2008 12:52 PM

ok. cool. thanks. thats really different from persian, though, my father speaks turkish too and my uncle too. sounds a bit quick for me, when they talk, but you adapt to it after some time. thanks for the words!

doesn't anybody wanna help for Turkish Language...

chryuop 07-27-2008 07:51 PM

Efendi, you should try and learn Italian before saying which language is the hardest to learn LOL.
Once I had a manager who was Turkish and he even organized a vacation for me in Istanbul. That city in unforgettable and the turkish language has a mesmerizing sound.

michaelarda 07-28-2008 11:10 PM

Hey.... heyyy...hey......

Efendi , Read Before writing Answer....

I didn't Say The hardest language...

Only I said , Turkish is the Most Complex Grammatical Language(Ottoman Language System)

if you don't believe , You can research and ask many Languistics....!!!

chryuop 07-29-2008 02:02 PM

It is kinda hard to beat a language like mine that has 20-25 different conjugations per each verb (plus every person has a different conjugation too). Now I don't say your grammar is easy, but as I can't say Italian is the hardest coz I don't know every language in the world, I would like to know how you can...

Japon aradik Türk cikti karsimiza bak sen su ise:D

@ mandalina
I never tried to learn Portuguese but I learn French at the school and I don`t think that this language is very difficult. I can speak Turkish very well, but I haven`t learn it with the grammer cause I didn`t study in Turkey. I think, I would have a lot of problems, when I tried it to learn after the event.

In short each language have his own problems and its meaningless to discuss.

i disagree, many people me included consider that chinese has no grammar(definitely wrong,i think it means grammar rules are not many),vocabulary has no conjugation,is there another language as simple as chinese

and in fact, chinese is a wrong expression(but it does not matter,in reality, these minorities are ignored too),the right one is han(language)

I suggest you learn Classical Sanskrit or Lithuanian. Then your mind will change.

I've touched Turkish before for my assignment in my class. Turkish isn't that hard for Korean and Japanese speakers.

Sanskrit (梵語) is a "dead" Indian language 2500 years ago. It's like Latin in the West.

Turkish is an agglutinative language. And agglutinative language tends to be easier because the grammatical functions are well-presented.

Mauja 07-10-2009 09:11 AM

Anyone want to help with czech, the most difficult language in the world? :D
...
Just kidding ;)

Latin is quite useful, anyway more than esperanto which isn´t "dead" :D
