I am writing an research paper for my English class.
My title is Foorborne and Food allergy
My professor told me to do 3 assignments before I submit my final paper.
1. one paraphrase
2. one direct quote
3. one summary

I tried to write these 3, but I do not have a confidence that I have correct English grammar.:(

It's better to try not to take the food and the drink which were polluted by the harmful substance to protect us against foodborne.
