As for the numbers you have to enter before dialing the number you want to call, I have no idea what's the country code for Japan, but it's easy to find out.

Pd.- I seriously doubt he'll come here anytime soon, last time I talked to him about it he didn't even know when he'd be coming back from Japan so x.Ô
