The Republicans aren't going to lower any individual taxes to anyone below the top 10% in this country, so forget seeing any of it yourself considering Kentucky ranks 40th in the nation for average income per capita.

Fixed pricing in any market is the most ineffective form of socialism ever contrived. Ask the CCC and the former USSR. Guess what crippled their economies. There is a reason they are beginning to condone capitalism.
