Which apartment? Opinions Please?
 

OK..

I have to find an apartment here for two Korean and one Japanese student.

These two qualify as they are walking distance to city and Esplanade.

Please give me your honest and hard thought opinions .

The Martyn Street one is OK, although the kitchen is shite and the possible location of the pool. The good part is that it's multi level so it keeps the noise away when studying or sleeping in the bed. The pool I am guessing would get rather noisy with parties everynight.

And this one.. I'm leaning mre towards this, although the Martyn Street is a little safer are one street away..

I would say go with the Severin street home, although I dont how safe it may be but it seems quiet and ensures privacy....(using the ad word) a great unit at a lil more expensive price.
