Tokyo Japan was first stop on new Amazing Race - 10-02-2009, 04:19 PM

Anyone else watch the 1st episode of the new Amazing Race? If you missed it, you can watch it here: Amazing Race Video - Episode 1 - CBS.com

The 1st stop was Tokyo. They appeared on a made-up Japanese game show, had to eat sushi and "wasabi bombs", and then guide 20 little old ladies through the streets of Tokyo to Shibuya Crossing and to a shrine. From there they then went to Vietnam.

Yeah, I watched that on Sunday.

I wonder if it was the same set as the game "I Survived a Japanese gameshow".

I watched it, and I don't like the poker players either. I hate how they lied about being charity workers or whatever they said... that's so wrong.

Anyways, I love how one of the little old ladies was very attached to one of the Harlem Globetrotters. It made me laugh a little. I also laughed at how much taller they were than everyone else. In the Shibuya square they towered over everyone.
