What are you wanting translated? The Japanese is cut-off on all sides.

If it's a solar-powered toothbrush it probably boils down to "Step 1, go stand in sunlight. Step 2, press button to turn on. Step 3, brush teeth."

There is no button, it's not mechanized. The sunlight just causes some chemical reaction from the tip similar to what flouride does, without the bad chemicals. You are apparently able to brush without toothpaste, but again idk what it says on the back, maybe you have to soak it in water for 5 min, idk at all thats why i asked

The directions pretty much amount to attaching the brush to the tip, wetting the black part with the brush attached, then brushing your teeth with minimal toothpaste in a well lit area. It doesn`t save a charge, so you need to have light while you`re actually doing the brushing.
