Intentions and whatnot: I'm a former military brat who spent just about all of my teenage years living on a base in Japan. I was a Japanese animation fanatic when I was younger (before I even moved to Japan and knew that it was Japanese, actually), and spent most of my time there as a pop culture sponge, soaking in everything from video games, to variety shows, to shinya programming, to anime and manga, picking up a fair amount of the language along the way. I discovered this site while looking through a copy of Giant Robot and thought it would be cool to connect with people who share my interest in Japanese pop culture.

Why do you want to go to Japan? I miss living there from time to time.

Favourite Anime/Manga: I don't follow anime and manga like I used to, but as an aspiring animator, I'm always up for something different and interesting like Masaaki Yuasa's Kaiba or Satoshi Kon's work. But I'm a fan of Asian cinema, in general.

intentions and whatnot: Well...I were surfing on the net and i don't remember what i have doe but google gave me a link to this forum.I've entered and looked some topics about j-rock and visual kei stuff and liked, so wanted to join.
why do you want to go to japan:When i were young, i just wanted to go to Japan because it were the place of anime stuff and games in general...but some years latter, the boy here started to focus on J-Rock and Visual Kei songs and alternative japanese fashion. And also because of being a begginer animator, i feel that i must go there to get more inspiration.
If you ask me now, what i want more to do there is hahahah Buying many Wearstuff ans watch many shows as possible hahahah . thats it people,i hope i can make some new friends over here. Feelfree to ask any questions!

Ps: no, idon't live in the top of a tree in Amazonia Forest hahaha =P

Why do you want to go to japan: well i want to go to japan for the anime and cosplay expo's they seem like so much fun,to visit the oldest settlement from the old days of Yamato with the samurai's, the girls becuz they are soooo interesting and pretty and finally to learn swordsmanship cuz i cant learn that anywhere in the bahamas oh and to go to college there
