Hey everyone! My name is Luka.
I am from Serbia, born February 10th, 1993. (though I am a year a head of my generation in school.. don't want to sound like I'm bragging, it's not a big deal here, just thought I'd mention it..) I've recently started learning Japanese language (on my own, it's going slow but I've made some progress), and I stumbled upon this forum while scouring Google for some Japanese words that have been giving me a hard time. So, now that I am here, I hope I can meet experienced Japanese language speakers here who would be willing to help me whenever I hit a dead-end :) I don't really know why I like Japan and the language, but I do :onismile: I would certanly like to visit Japan someday, perhaps because it's the most tehnologically advanced country in the world (I do like computers and gadgets a lot), but also because I like to travel and meet new people. I'm Scelestus. I'm 17 and live in Alberta, Canada. I just graduated high school, which is where I studied Japanese for 3 years. I'm now moving into university where I'll minor in Japanese language. :cool: Though I kind of dislike anime and don't read manga much anymore, I :rheart: jpop/jrock and learning about Japanese culture. Dir En Grey,Alice Nine,The Gazette,An Cafe,L Arc en Ciel, X-Japan etc.. my fave films are Both Battle Royales,And Death Notes..and Koizora..I love the actor Tatsuya Fujiwara and the Death Note Anime..atm i am watching Fruits Basket why do you want to go to japan: Basically what i said before about being interested in the whole culture i love the japanese fashion too :) ive always loved Japan..and the Japanese... damn i wish i was born in Tokyo so much..and ofc was Japanese myself ^__^ i think they are all so beautiful [= i wish to learn Japanese... then travel to Japan.. hopefully one day i can live in Tokyo..and start a new family there :) im not denying that id love to marry a Japanese person >_< so yeah thats about me... id love to chat with anyone who has an interest in the Japanese culture or if you are Japanese yourself please teach me Japanese!
